DONAHUE, Justice. An automobile, owned by the plaintiff in the first case and operated by the plaintiff in the second case, in which the other two plaintiffs were riding, was in collision with an automobile driven by the defendant in the intersection of Bartlett Street and the Post Road in the town of Northborough, between the hours of 11 and 12 oclock on the night of August 17, 1934. The automobile was damaged and the three plaintiffs in it received personal injuries.
